Shipping Policy

Pipeline Digital, Inc strives to ship within 48 hours on receipt of order, however, if there are registration issues or questions, this will delay your shipment. We do not offer automatic upgrade ordering. All orders will, be processed before shipment or being available for downloading.

We ship via UPS. Rates are calculated upon check out by UPS. When your order is shipped a confirmation e-mail will be sent.



US shipments:
UPS Next Day Air Saver
UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS 3rd Day Select
UPS Ground

International shipments:
UPS Worldwide Saver
UPS Standard to Canada



Software only or Software Upgrade shipments:

Software only, and upgrade orders are available via download only. Once the order is processed, you will receive a confirming e-mail with download instructions and your registration code.

Please note, we no longer e-mail archives as most servers do not allow attachments that include installers.



Payment Policies:

WEB orders:
Pipeline Digital, Inc. uses PayPal for money and payment transactions. Please refer to the PayPal WEB site for information regarding PayPal transactions, securities, and policies.



Fax or E-Mail orders:
If you prefer, you may fax or e-mail your order with credit card information. Please remember to include the billing information and the Credit Card Security code (3 digit code for on back Visa MC, 4 digit code on front for Am Ex).  Payments will be processed using the PayPal terminal.



Wire Transfers:
Wire Transfers are available upon request. There is a $25 service charge added to all Wire Transfer transactions.



Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Unless otherwise specified in writing, all sales are final. Any returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be accompanied with a RMA number. Factory sealed items once opened can NOT be returned. Shipping is non-refundable.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
